No name brand, I think I got it at PayLess. It is black polyester and vinyl with silver accents. Has a magnetic button closure. Inner pockets for cell phone. Zipper pocket as well. Used, but in good condition.

It's a medium sized bag. Probably a foot+ wide and 8 inches high.
