I have not had one complaint until now and the seller is claiming that the corner of the bill was torn off. As everyone knows of the hundreds that have received this they are in crisp and well packaged condition when they have arrived. So now there will be no refund of any credits without proof. Good guy days are over with don't tolerate scams. Do not bid if this is your intention. Play fair and be honest.

I would also like to update about the winner of the auction that I am referring to in the claim. The winner did send the proof and it was apparent that the bill had accidently gotten torn and in this situation these things do happen either by winner or other parties involved in the delivery. The issue has been resolved with a positive out come. Both parties are satisfied. Like I said let's play fair and be honest.
