As I ship priority mail ,so that it can be traced if lost and that is 5.00.When shipped u are given a tracking number. and the fresh water is a two piece set not sold separate..

I believe it won't be more then $1.95 to ship if I do bid to win and send you $5.00 will you refund any overage? Or confirm the price at the post office prior to my sending payment. I've sent much larger heavier packages for right about $5. Thank you.

Did u ship Priority mail? Here in TX it is set as 5.00 at the post office I could but they may not give me a receipt for u .here when u ship flat rate it is the price the post office sets not me so if u dont want to pay that I can send it reg but no guarantee as to when or condition of the package when delivered if u want regular postage rates .if u win I will forgo the 5 for 2 but I will not guarantee it..

Texas post sounds strange. I put 4 items in a small 4x4 bubble envelope and it only cost me $1.95 to ship from RI to CA.
