"WOKCRAFT, A Stirring Compendium of Chinese Cookery," a lightly used paperback full of Chinese style recipes & cooking tips. Geez, I started looking thru it & got carried away reading the interesting beginning stories helping u to get ready to Wok & learn unfamiliar things...! Lots of recipes, plenty of advice, cool drawings! Covers are scuffed & front one is deeply bent in the middle. There are a few stains (looks like soy sauce) on the edges of pages, otherwise supremely readable! ISBN: 0-912738-01-4; 28th Printing 1990 Pub by Yerba Buena Press.

As to your question, I have looked into the Index, no luck, same for Table of Contents, and trying to scan thru the book...have not gone over every page, but I'm sorry that I cannot find the potstickers in there! I have a wok that just gets used as my frying pan. I would love to try out recipes made especially for a wok.

The way the book describes using the wok is very helpful. I also use my frying pan as a wok, LOL. I don't really feel it makes a huge difference, but it can be a little more efficient at heat dispersion if you have a good one. Thanks for commenting! GL if you decide to bid!
