Question...do you know how to take the charms off and put new ones on????...i have an italian bracelet and a new charm that i wanted to put on it and i cannot for the life of me figure it out...i don't want to brake it either!!..that would be bad!!...melinda

You have to pull the 2 charms apart and bend one down and push up. After you pull them apart look at the side of the charms, you should notice it will look like a hook

How long is the bracelet and can links be added or removed?

Yes all the links can be interchanged that's what the tool's for, I explained how to change them in one of the other comments if you were wondering. The bracelet can be as long or as short as you like depending on how many links you add. I have a large wrist so I made it big, there is also more links you can add that this comes with if you need it bigger!
