I would say this will fit either a 18 ga or 20 gauge, as the clasp is thinner than the hoop portion itself.
Hallmarks: 14k and other unknown marking
These hallmarks are so tiny I was only able to read the 14k. Located on the thinner clasp portion. Picture 2 is zoomed in as close as possible on the hallmark.

Width: 1.25mm
Weight: 0.2 grams
My scale had a hard time with this because it is so light.

This is also known as eternity earring, endless round, or seamless hoop.
I have had this earring, and a 16mm that I have listed, for a while. I don't wear them because I prefer studs to hoops. I believe I got this and the second listing both at Target.
