You are bidding on a used Nikon COOLPIX S210 Digital Camera in Plum as shown on the pictures. It looks purple to me but Nikon refers to it as Plum.

You are getting the digital camera, camera case, battery and battery charger.

What is NOT included are the camera manual, SD card (to store pictures in), and any cords to hook it up to your computer or printer. You can get more info. about this camera and download the camera manual by going to: http://www.nikonusa.com/Service-And-Support/Download-Center.page

This camera is pretty much a point and shoot kind so it's very easy to use. It's portable and measures approximately 3-1/2" wide x 2" tall and about 5/8" on it's side. This camera features 8.0-megapixel resolution. It has 3x optical zoom, electronic VR image stabilization, and 2.5-inch, high-resolution LCD.

This camera is in great working condition. The only flaw that I am aware of is that the latch that holds the camera battery came off. If you keep the battery cover close, it will hold the battery in place and will work and take pictures perfectly. The latch just keeps the battery from falling off when the cover is opened.

I bought this camera because my favorite color is purple and Ashton Kutcher did a very cool TV ad on this camera a few years back. But I'm strictly a Canon camera user.

I will ship your item via UPS-Ground for free. I use the most basic UPS Ground Service. If you want upgrades such as shipping to P.O. Box, Hawai'i, Alaska, shipping outside of the U.S., military or faster shipment, I am willing to work with you but...YOU MUST PAY FOR THEM. If I have to go to the post office to use U.S. Mail instead of UPS-Ground, you WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE POSTAGE TOO.

I normally will ship no later than 3 business days after I have your shipping information, but will try my best to ship sooner than that.

so could i still take pictures without the sd card?

No. You need the SD card to store the pictures in. SD cards are fairly cheap and it comes in different size ranges depending on how many pictures you would like for it to hold. If you also want to e-mail the pictures or take it to be developed, you need the SD card to transfer the photos from your camera to the computer or the store's kiosks.

You're right. I've never used a camera without a SD card in it. I just tried to take a picture without the SD card and it did take it so I guess it does have some type of internal memory. You will need a USB cable (not included) if you want to transfer the images to a computer without a SD card.

It's fine with me but, of course, if you compare any point and shoot camera with a SLR, you can see the difference in quality.

Yes. The charger and the battery are both pictured and will come with the digital camera. You charge the battery by plugging in the cord on an outlet.

@Angelscry: No. You cannot charge the battery while it's in the camera. At least I've never done that. I've always taken the battery out and put it on the battery charger.
