Four of the certificates had the words Pierce, Fenner & Smith crossed off of the full name of Merrill Lynch Pierce, Fenner & Smith
Three of the certificates have pieces torn from them (see middle picture)
One has a one inch tear
Two have some wrinkling

All certificates are cancelled. Certificates cannot be traded on the stock exchange or redeemed.
