The listing, Alltel Delve Phone has ended.

This is a samsung delve cell phone. This is what I know about this phone. It does power on and it has a ton of bought ring tones on it. I think there are around 50 ringtones. The camera is EXCELLENT on this phone I have played with it some. I bought this phone, but then we decided to go with AT&T. We never tried to activate this phone. This phone is sold AS IS!!!!!!!
