The listing, *3 DAYS* 80GB SATA Western Digital Caviar SE WD800 Hard Drive has ended.

Up for auction here is an 80GB Western Digital HDD. SATA interface. Works great - just formatted mere hours ago. Just pulled from an old Gateway system.

I'd put it in my drive array, but I have far too much empty drive space as it is, and quite frankly don't need more.

So usual spiel... Listia's rules apply, as always. Free shipping in the US. No rude comments, otherwise get blocked. Will ship asap after the end of the auction.

Shipping breakdown:

Will be shipped in an anti-static bag, and protected by bubble wrap.

Will include (1) SATA connection cable, and (1) SATA power Molex extension if wanted (buyer's choice).

An IDE would be fine, if it were large enough. Unless perhaps you happen to have a SATA to IDE converter. The board I got for her has nothing but SATA ports, and my board supports them both, so I could always slap in an large capacity IDE and give her my 120 GB SATA. I have 4 smaller IDE drives, but only one IDE socket and they fill up rather fast especially with the size of games these days. lol.

I do have a small number of 40GB IDE and maybe an 80GB laying around somewhere, and they definitely do fill up quick with the size of games these days lol. If memory serves, I also have a 160GB IDE that came out of one of my old 2005-2006 builds. Need to check the condition on it after I get home since I haven't ran that drive for more than a handful of minutes for the past few years. Got a small amount of interest in it already if it's in good working condition, so will definitely end up listing it after making sure it's good to go.
