Only had this phone for a few months. It's 8 gig ha music on it or I can delete it. 3 tiny scratches on the back but can't really see them . I have the charger cord and 2 phone cases. Comes with original box. ITS FOR AT&T AND TAKES A SIM CARD

Some people are just so shameless in their blatant begging on here. I'm not a parent but even if that person is telling the truth, so your daughter doesn't get an iphone? SO WHAT??? I hardly doubt she will be the laughing stock of her school or act out because of it... Sorry but if I had a 12 year old daughter I would be only getting her one of those 2 button emergency phones instead of an iphone until she's at least 14 or 15.....maybe you should spend your time, begging skills, and credits getting her something somewhat educational or that promotes physical activity rather than something like an iPhone...try a wii or something.....maybe that's just me but just saying...

In a way i kinda doubt its for her daughter. and the apps that kids get these days are perverted. My best friends niece got caught with a few of them on her phone that i had no idea even existed.
