This is was sold by Avon a few years ago. There are 10 red stones, of course, they aren't real gems. The inside has an adjuster that adjusts to fit most fingers.

~~The ring is about a size 10.~~

The top of the band is 5/8" wide on the top, the underside of the band is not quite 3/8" wide.
