Are they from a smoke free environment? Any problems with the patterns--writing, stains, etc.?

Yes smoke free home , sorry i usually put that in the description but was in a hurry. The covers of a couple of the books have stains but as far as the patterens nothing is wrong with them . A few of them have mrkings where the color list is , i will include a picture of that but no markings on the patterns.
