You aren't selling the case. You are selling the smart cover. They are two different items. That's why I'm confused. Does this have the back like you are saying, or does this just include the cover as the box states?

I was never trying to be rude. I was trying to figure out for sure what it was before I bid. The apple smart covers are just a piece that covers the screen and is attached by magnets. The backs are sold separately by many makers that all have a special notch cut out so the side of the cover will fit. Since this is not an authentic apple product, I wanted to know if I needed to purchase a back to go with it or just bid on this. I have two children so I want my iPad totally covered. I clearly want this as you can tell by my bidding. I do not intend to ask for a refund. This seller is very nice and sent me a few pictures to show me exactly what the auction was for. I apologize if my matter-of-fact comments came off as rudeness.

It's like some people try to make you confused. And I'm not sure why it matters whether it is an apple product or not, it works for the iPad, so who cares what company makes it? Lol if I had an iPad I would bid but we ended up buying the Nexus tablet and I love it!

Wow, do you ladies realize how rude you are being? Whether intended or not. Her listing clearly states that it is for a SMART COVER. I don't see how anyone can be confused. You can also tell from the picture on the front of the box that it covers the entire iPad, front and back.

Jany-I wouldn't refund credits to anyone. if they don't want it, don't bid. Ask all questions before, not after. :)

Hey noonan, theres another smart cover that is apple authentic on here. It's got a shipping fee though. It's gray.

i am almost positive i will win this lol as my high bid is way to high for a fake case but as long as it works as well as the authentic im fine:)

if this comes with the BACK AND FRONT and it works i will most likely take it.

Can you at least open the box to tell us if it's just the front part or if it has the piece to go around the iPad as well?

Is there any way you can take it out of the box and post pictures of the actual item? I looked up the authentic apple version and the front cover is not sold with the back cover.

if this comes in black, does that mean it is not authentic? apple does not sell this in black...

I just looked this up and it says that this is useless without purchasing the back to fit over the iPad to connect this to...?
