There is a starter set of bags, but I don't know how many. I didnt want to open the whole package just to see how many.

i'm thinking about the GIN but a couple of questions with the GIN is it free shipping? and do you know if the replace bags can be bought at a local store walmart?

I cannot do free shipping right now, I've had alot of cash outlay lately on shipping costs. You can buy the bags at Walmart or online . I'm sure their website offers them.......

take the weight that is listed, and put in your zip code and mine that I listed, go to usps.com and click on calculate shipping. It will give you several shipping options to choose from.
