The listing, Neon Polish has ended.

This auction is for emailed instructions on how to create your own Neon Nail Polish. I have a few different ways to do this! I make my own polish because it's indeed much cheaper. Plus if others really like the shades you create you can easily make a profit off of them :)
If bid reaches 500 I will include a quick dry secret.

Hopefully it's not with a glow stick... I tried it with that and it didn't work nor does it dry...

it sounds like a good idea in theory but if you still have to buy the clear nail varnish, it defeats the object of making your own (to reduce costs)
