This is a Angel Wings Begonia, it is a beautiful dark green on the top side with white to silver spots on them and the back side is a burgundy color when it blooms there are cluster's of red hearts hanging all over and the seed s form not long after that, I've never started one from the seeds I've always broke off a stem and rooted it in either water or dirt, I take mine in in the fall when the weather starts getting cold and keep by a sunny window, the rest of the time mine are on my porch in mostly shady yard,I've had them in the sun and it seems they kinda change color of green a little,I've got one thats rooted and a couple more thats getting there so what your bidding on is one rooted plant and possibly seed pods so you can try your luck that way as well.
