Is it reusable and/or washable??

It's both reusable and washable. I have washed these once already. I put mine in the bathroom sink with hot soapy water after every other use. It dries quickly and is ready the next day. Also, I tie the upper tie where it's comfortable and leave it in place and when I go into a store and need it, I tie the lower one. That way I'm not fiddling with the ties. Thanks for asking, it's a good question with a long answer!
