Ben Wa Balls are classfied as a sex toy is why it is used for kegel excerises for a woman to strengthen the muscles for example when they have babies,. woman muscles tend to be weak is what these are used for. Chinesse balls are all in different sizes but it still used for what i just told ya. It has nothing to do with hand massages and so forth.

these are exactly what Alfinelady said they are , they are for your hands when you move them around they make a soothing noise while strengthening hand muscles but mainly for relaxation ..i have a pair and i love them , you can do either the one or two balls in the hand .. these are not what sunsetbayus says they are lol

Maybe that is what they were for originally many moons ago....if so, it just shows how wierd the human mind is to come up with something like that.....plus it must have made for a very musical *****....lol. Anyway, these days they're used for hand exercise and stress relieving.

I always love coming to these auctions for the comments.. I have about 6 sets of these and every one of them comes with a booklet that clearly states Chinese Iron Baoding Balls with information, history and usage.. and it's definitely not anything gross. lol...there's ALWAYS SOMEONE who posts that comment on a set of these. One time it was the person listing them. I was going to sell mine but I think I may post them one day just for the comments I would get lol.
