This is a super cute garter skirt that is blue with black lace trim, bow, and garters. This is brand new but the tags have been removed. It had been tried on and that's it. It is tagged a sz. M but will stretch to a L. The skirt glow under a black light. The bl pic doesn't accurately portray the glow effect. It is much brighter in person. This would be great for a raver, or a pin up chick, or any woman really.
