Can you tell me what the difference is with Tibet silver and sterling silver?

I wear the charms myself, they are safe and have an antique look to them as opposed to being super shiny. I also like that they don't get all scratched up and dull like ss. It's mostly iron, pewter and a little actual silver. Everything I have is made in 2010 or later.
