in great condition my son literally only played with it once! he played with it about 10 min. before going on to something else. (he has a gameboy and a WIii) so now it is up for grabs the only problem with it is that there is a scuff or mark on the top but a magic eraser could probably take it out(it is not scratched in) i just do not have any magic erasers right now! it comes with one controller and two games the games are Action Mania which is for the vsmile motion and Handy Mandy which does not have the motion. it has new batteries and av cords for hookup so it is ready to play! best of all it is free shipping!!!! i will ship within three business days of auction ending!
