Description

The listing, Caged bird cat toy has ended.

A durable, hard plactic, redish-orange, webble-wobblly cat toy. Plush yellow bird inside the cage. The brightly colored tail feathers stick out to entice the cat. Every time your cat swipes at it and makes it move, the bird "tweets" just like a real bird. It is run on batteries (AAA I think). It has batteries in it now so it is ready to play with as soon as you receive it. There is an on/off switch for the sound. It is like brand new. My cats just aren't interested in it anymore. You know how cats are choicy about their toys!

Awesome! My 2 1/2 yr old Rascal and her adopted baby Miss Kitty will love this! I got them a mouse toy that has cat nip in it and squeaks almost like a real mouse when they make it move and they love it! They love things that make noise.

If they love toys that make a noise, they will love this one. It doesn't take much movement to make it tweet. Thanks for bidding!

Both Rascal and Miss Kitty love things that make noise, they both love it with the weather having cooled off a little we can open the kitchen window to allow fresh air in so they also get to listen to the birds and stock them from the kitchen window.
You're welcome.

Noisy toys usually wear them out faster when they're wanting to romp and play! It seems like they're full of energy when the rest of us are wanting to go to bed! Then they're raring to go at it again first thing at 7am and the rest of us aren't quite ready to be awake just yet. I know they'll love it!

Don't you know it! I wake up with my cats sitting by their Harley Davidson cat toy. I won it on Listia by the way. Then they give me "the look" and I have to play with them. I wish you well in the bidding!

Rascal and Miss Kitty we suspect sleep almost all day especially when we're not at home and get back kinda late then they're full of energy and wanting to play and wrestle and chase each other through the house when us humans are wanting to go to sleep! But for some reason they both think that only 1 of them at a time can play with the squeaky mouse or the jingle bell balls. Rascal doesn't like the bell balls like Miss Kitty who plays with anything that moves but she loves things that chirp or squeak, she loves it when we have the kitchen window open and she can sit and stalk the birds from the window.

I suspect they plan the "keep their people awake at night" strategy while "napping". Mine tend to do the same thing. Open the closet door, then they don't want to go in, etc. It is amazing how each cat is so particular about their toys. It sounds like Rascal and Miss Kitty are two wonderful cats. I am sure this will keep them entertained. I have a Cat Sitter DVD that is nothing but birds and their sounds straight from nature. I am thinking about auctioning that off. Haven't decided yet.
