Well, it comes with 3 bottles in the package: 1 bottle of brush on superglue, 1 bottle of the gel polish, and 1 bottle of brush cleaner. You do 1 hand at at time and between each hand, you have to switch the gel polish brush and the cleaner brush. First you brush on a heavy amount of the glue polish on your first hand (you have to go pretty quickly b/c you have to get the gel polish on before the super glue dries). Then you take the gel polish and quickly polish a thin coat over top of the glue coat. Then once you have the first hand done, you switch out the gel brush and the cleaner brush. They are interchangable. If you don't soak the used gel brush, then it will dry up b/c it now has super glue on it too. The cleaner stuff removes all the polish and glue fromt the brush and once it's soaked while you did your other hand, you can switch them out again. The directions say to do 2 coats, but I actually found that it looks better if you do 3-4 coats. Now,t here are a few negative things I've found with this product, but I don't want to make you lose any bids or anything. So I won't tell what the few downfalls are unless you want me to :) I will say that they aren't bad enough to where I don't use the product. Just a few misleading statements on the box :)

My daughter almost 2 and she's the same way, but she'll only let me do her toes. I try to use the quick dry stuff on her too. I've found that the new nail polish pens are great for painting little one's nails! That way you only have the pen to hold onto, instead of trying to hold the bottle, the brush, and their hand/foot :)
