Does it still have all the factory installed software, programs, adapters and drivers? Have any changes or upgrades been made to it? Has the hard drive been formatted or are you just erasing your information and files? I only ask because I just won an auction and it was formatted just prior to shipping, had unauthorized upgrades, no recovery system let, no recovery discs, and no way to get them since the upgrade was not authorized. I now have a 17" paperweight.

Everything is original - - no hardware changes - - no modifications - - the recovery discs are pictured above - - the harddrive will be returned to factory specs before shipment so the operating system can be configured by the new owner . . .
