I clean all the clothing before I send out. I also go over all the clothing so that there are no stains or rips/tears, etc. If I miss something please let me know personally right away and I will send another item ( out of a few choices you pick) to replace that one. I will do everything I can to make it more than right!!! First you will be asked to return the item for verification purposes. Thank you.

ALL OTHER AUCTIONS : TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE THE ITEM IS IN WORKING ORDER AND CLEAN AND READY TO USE. IF YOU RECEIVE SOMETHING THAT FOR SOME REASON DOESN'T WORK, LET ME KNOW RIGHT AWAY AND I WILL SEND A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND THE CREDITS. Lastly, we do have a RIDICULOUSLY HUGE DOG WITH MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF FUR!!! I make sure to bag up items right after I clean to avoid any stray hairs from going along for the ride, but with this heat wave (lol) in Washington State right now, he is in constantly, so please accept my apologizes in advance lol :) On the plus side we don't smoke!!
