This is a 40Gig LAP TOP Hard Drive retrieved from a Compaq EVO N800V. In Excellent codition and had Windows XP installed on it. You can remove the Windows if you wish not to have it. Will ship within the Continental United States and Alaska.

I can not say YES with absolute certainty 'cuz it has always been in the LapTop it was retrieved from. However, I am under the impression that an IDE LapTop HDD is an IDE LapTop HDD. Not a MAC, not a SATA, just an IDE HDD. Does that help you in any way?
