NO rips or tears no outer pockets. inside there is 4 pockets. snap closure..double handle also detachable strap this purse is very nice NOT NEW DONT EXPECT NEW CONDITION. I DO SMOKE I KEEP ALL MY LISTIA ITEMS IN A DIFFERENT ROOM IN MY HOUSE.i ship free with tracking within the UNITED STATES ONLY.I do my best to ship 3-4 days after auction but will def have out within Listia rule of 7 days FAN ME I FAN BACK!
