I know gold can; I've heard people say silver can but I've never had anything silver resized. I would be Very skeptical anyway because of the diamonds. I lost a stone from a ring I loved after having it made smaller. It widened the setting ever so slightly, but enough to loosen the stone :(

silver can be sized however you need to go to a place with a silversmith. not all jewelry places have the proper stuff to size silver.

As a jeweler, Silver and gold can be re-sized easily. However, I know that certain designs on a ring may be messed up if they are re-sized. So, before having it enlarged, you may want to check with your local jewelry-smith before having it done. I recommend taking it to a jewelry-smith anyway because they always know what they are doing. If you don't know of one in your area just ask the jewelry stores where they send their jewelry locally to get fix and they will gladly tell you. Hope this helps.
