The listing, DIY Makeup Bag Clutch Rouched has ended.

This is a clutch I made with 100% cotton material. Measures approximately 11.5 inches wide and 10 inches long. *Please NOTE* I am a beginner seamstress! I was trying to rouch the bag but it didn't turn out how I was expecting and hoping. My loss is your gain! This can even be used as a slouchy clutch, makeup bag, to hold travel toiletries, etc.
