It has knots that are used as pressure points around various areas of the head instead of inside of the mouth. Used by the hottest trainers around to get that "electric" feel between horse and human. Fantastic for teaching respect and laying foundation for bridle work. It is a gentle implement and this one has an 8' lead knotted on the chin for leading or swing across and tie for riding. The halter can be undone and used separately. Runs new for about $28.
