This auction is for 1 diaper in size S (fits under 18 pounds approx. baby). The waist measurement unstretched with snaps fastened at the narrowest part is 7" across, and the measurement stretched with snaps fastened at the farthest part is 9 3/4". You can measure your baby's waist then divide that number in half to see if it's in the 7-9 3/4" range then this diaper will fit well. I have two size Smalls, size SO and size SC, depending on the snap placement. Those two sizes can differ as much as 5 pounds. My sizing system isn't the same with other diaper sizing systems, because I created my own pattern from 3 main brand diapers: BumGenius, Kissaluvs, and BabyKicks.
