Are you sure it is running Android OS 2.3? It looks like Pandigital Novel 1 GB and it's running Android OS earlier versions than their newer "brothers" from Pandigital, which means their OS should be either 2.1 or earlier, like 1.6.

It has wifi, email you can download apps but not like the iPad

I have one of these in the 9 inch ! I love mine!! I love to play the word search games and bowling games I downloaded !! Lots of free stuff to do! Listen to country music stations too
