May I ask what you ship in? I have been receiving several empty envelopes because some people are just putting the item in the envelope with no protection. One lady even put non-machinable on her envelope and the post office still ran it through the machine, ripping the item out of the envelope. I would like to bid on this, but I cannot afford tracking and don't want to get another empty envelope, lol. BTW, watching...

I always send in envelope with bubblewrap over item and tape envelope so you cannot rip it open and mark fragile, don't seem to have any problems. You need to put in a formal complaint with your postal supervisor.
