9 inches is the longest (largest?) it can be when clasped ... the shortest (smallest?) it can be is about 6.5 inches. :/ hope that helps.

It is handmade -- my Dad got it when he was visiting a reservation out west, but it didn't fit my Mom's wrist (at the time)...
