Grows to about 5' tall and 3' spread.
At 6" you can throw it in your salads, up to 12" it can be sauteed with all kinds of things. After that it gets to woody. Let it go to seed and you can grind it up and use it in bread, it can be popped like popcorn. It can also be used as a dye, hence its name.
