This is a true 1/1 from Sage Hit Solitaire. Certain cards in this set were stamped 1/1 and given special color changes and information on the pack relating to a career accomplishment. This card celebrates King's college leading 183 passer rating in 1999 at Tulane. Beautiful card.

A little more info on it: Basically, this set (2000 Sage Hit Prospector) was four parallel sets, one Diamond, one Diamond Die Cut, one Emerald, and one Emerald Die Cut. Each set was #'d to something, with the Diamond set (what my 1/1 is from) numbered to 600. You can see the numbering on the front of the 1/1 I got, which says 183 of 600.

Most of those 600 cards all look identical on front and back with the only difference being the # out of 600. A few in each run though were made into special one of one cards with a nifty stamp on the front, different coloring on the front, a different image on the front, and a very different back. And each one of one is different from other one of ones, so like the 183 passer rating one of one is distinctly different than one based on a different statistical category.
