This is a moderately priced item by elf-it cost about $5.89 (3.75 UK). They have the concealer which costs a little less, and this item which creates a more flawless skin tone under your flesh tone concealer that you normally use.
You must have a kabuki brush and know how to apply it for it to work well.

Please do not rub with your fingers or cheap brushes and expect a smooth look. You can really achieve great results if applied right. :)

I use it...I especially like the pink shade to make my eyes look brighter.
Yellow is for dark circles or purple and blue bruises.
Blue minimizes orange hues.
Green covers pimples and redness.
