Derned thing wouldn't lay flat for me and the lighting didn't want to show it's true colors. Is more of a rich darker purple than shown. Very, very pretty.

Sorry, didn't realize the tag wasn't showing- it's adult, 23" pit to pit, 17" pit to tail.
I put it as "other" because I would call it a unisex kind of thing. It does not specifically state male or female.
