You can send in regular envelope but not with forever stamps... Because they take only papers in it. But if it fits and you put it in envelope and take it to post and ask them to post it as first class, it shouldnt cost more than couple of bucks... You just have to make sure its bubble wrapped and closed properly to avoid breakage or spilling. I did receive a perfume bottle that was all spilled out and quarter empty cause it wasnt closed tightly... I was disappointed cause I wanted to gift it orelse I wouldnt have mind it. So just be careful with handling and packaging since its both glass and liquid. I suggest you even tell the person who accepts it at post that its fragile. They'll label it as fragile which should probably help a little. Wow, thats an essay there...lol...
By the way, do you take paypal?
