It does say gold plated, over metal, it does not have nickel or lead. but i too can only wear gold and if that is your problem too I say do not get this. hope this helps.

I am not auctioning them as real gold, they are a base metal with a plated gold. If it was gold I would have said how many kt. such as 10 or 14?

here is a good example, you were selling plastic beads? where is the package? what is it made of? same here I bought them a couple of years ago from a well known jewelry site, not sure which one because I make lots of jewelry but it is well made, material is base metal and when I bought it the package said gold plated.
