I guarantee it will scan and print may need ink cartridges has not been in service in six months this machine is like new only a year old

Has straight wire plug that plugs into 110 Volt electric plug, also
a USB CABLE to connect to computer tower.

No it does not come with CD. You can get one from the Ebson web site or go to the web site to down load it. I didnt have to down load it to my Packard computer it just workrd and may be conpadable to any computer. This will come to U with a USB cord & electrical cord.
