I'm sorry. I feel dumb not specifying that to you in the beginning. It's like that when I wear it as a dress. When I wear it like a skirt, it falls to my feet. Doesn't drag the ground but I would recommend either a pair of heels or wedges, or making darn sure to pick up your feet.
