The listing, Magnificent Antique Style 9k Gold Filled Pendant and Chain has ended.

The pendant is about am inch in diameter. The chain is about 18 in.
Note: Typically the items I buy are made of the material it was advertised as. I do not want the winning bidder to be bummed and get it tested and find out it is only gold plate. Even so it is still a fantastic piece: retail 15-27

Gold filled is a layer of gold bonded to a base metal.

No stamp, I'll stamp it for you though lol. Technically it needs to be 10k to advertise it as gold but this is listia and you're getting it free. The magnet dealio is irrelevant. A wives tale.

Me too. I recieved the pieces separate. The chain was too short for my preference. Thought I would just say goodbye to them together.

2nd. Gold filled jewelry is extremely long lasting, If taken care of will last you a long time.
3rd. Gold Filled jewelry wears, looks like solid gold because its outer surface is solid gold.
4th. Gold Filled jewelry is considered a lifetime purchase and should be treated and cared for just like solid gold.
5th. Gold Filled is one step down in quality to solid gold, Not to mention a LARGE step down in the price.

PEOPLE.....Do not mistake gold Filled Jewelry for plated jewelry as there is no comparison. Gold Plated , is Electroplated, which a farther step down in quality.
Many Of you know me here and know I wouldn't stear you wrong,,,So perhaps this will help you to understand a little better.
