The best way I can describe this item is to say its like a very large android..... its a novel ereader type device that allows you to download and read thousands of online books and magazines and newspapers..... and it does almost everything an ipad does just about.... although remember... it is not an ipad..... it has a music player... video player... photo viewer.. alarm clock and calendar..... this device was restored to its original factory settings around the time I purchased myself a brand new iphone... so I kinda lost interest in this item. I seem to have misplaced the charger for it but Im sure who ever wins this item can find a charger for it..... it has been sitting in my desk drawer for a few months now so it is dead and will not power on... but it did in fact work the last time I used it.... when you do the update on this device you will have access to the online android store where you can find apps to download music..games..and just about anything else... it also has a browser that allows you to surf the net using wi-fi capabilities that you can turn on and off as you please.....the item to the right of the device is a protective sleeve with a cardboard picture inside that shows what the online book store would look like if it was turned on..... I enjoyed this device and especially enjoyed reading my books in bed without having the bedside light on that disturbed my lady while she slept.
