Vintage Sterling scissors and nail file. The scissors has detailed flowers on them, marked sterling and on the blades Germany, do not get that confused with German silver which is not real silver, the Germany is made in Germany and they are hallmarked Sterling on the handles. The file, is also sterling but parts of the hallmark is worn off. It is the handles of both these items that are silver not the blade or the file. The both need a good polish, one side of the file has a ding see pic.
