Works perfectly fine! My mother bought this at Christmas time thinking it would be fun but then decided to just get a smart phone and she doesn't feel the need to have a smart phone and a tablet at the same time :)

Comes with charger. Charges fine, Works great. May be some light scratches on case from normal use but I do not see any scratches on the screen.

I have taken pictures of what I thought was important but if I have missed something that you want a picture of, please just let me know.

Will be shipped as soon as possible after I receive Listia approved address. Will be shipped with delivery confirmation that will be sent to winner upon shipping. Must receive Listia approved address within 7 days or I keep credits and relist (as per Listia rules)

So this can be used as a phone then?? And by the way, can it be used all 3: WiFi, contract or no contract as a phone?

To my knowledge, no, it cannot be used as a contract phone. We did download one of those free texting programs and as long as we had WiFi, it worked for texting. I know that there are also free calling apps but we never tried one.

Maybe because the bidding is much higher than that? I don't know how high it was when you posted this so I am just guessing, though. If its still giving you problems, I would contact Listia. Good luck!

Sorry, maybe a stuid question. Do u have to have a service for this like a cell phone? Does it work with wifi without a service provider?

Not a stupid question at all :) No, I never had a service proider and I am not sure if it is capable of having one or not. It works perfectly fine on WiFi, though. We've used it when out and about on public wifis as well as all over our house with our home WiFi. Worked just fine that way. Hope that helps!
