i would say it is gold tone
has to balls on it that you can move to ajust the chain for one long chain or just it so it looks like u r wearing two chains

14 inches i guess u would say there is no clasp it is a solid chain so that is half the lenght of it not sur how to mesure it cause it is a solid chain
