~This is a special issue - This story-line is the first UK-originated story. Most Generation 1 originated in the U.S. and were repinted in Marvel UK.
~The Man of Iron's design seems to be based on a combination of Jazz and Megatron's body designs.
~Synopsis:
"The Autobots travel to England to track down the source of a coded Cybertronian signal... but the Decepticons aren't far behind."
* Very Good condition in sealed, clear cover. (only flaw is the bottom, right corner which is slightly bent).
* Generation 1 of the Marvel Transformer Comic.
* Originated in the U.K. - US issue #33 reprints UK issues #9–10.
* The box at the top left of issue #33 also features a Union Flag behind the image of Grimlock.
* The Man of Iron's design seems to be based on a combination of Jazz and Megatron's body designs.
* October, 1987 - Vol. 1, Issue #33 - Parts 1 & 2.
* Print Error - The cover to the U.S. reprint in issue #33 featured a mis-colored Megatron (complete with Decepticon faction symbol) being attacked by medieval knights. Megatron does not feature in the story and the 'Man of Iron' only bears a passing resemblance to him.
