ok ... appologies, but im still confused. My wrists are 8 inches. would this be a tight fit, or loose? 8mm sounds like a single charm (if they'rw italian charms). clarification please.

Were about the same size from wrist and it fits me perfect...it's because the braclet fixes itself to your wrist to fit perfectly

There not dangling because the beads are like in the shape of the candy cane, tree, and etc
